EU Member States have to develop an update of the comprehensive assessment (CA) of efficiency in heating and cooling according to Article 14 of the Energy Efficency Directive until end of 2020. The Hotmaps database and toolbox can be used to do that. An overview of how Hotmaps can be used for this has been presented at the Concerted Action meeting in Zagreb in October 2019.
